Nuspark uses many powerful engineering design software application packages. The main design programmed used is AutoCAD 2000 combined with AutoDesk Inventor design software. Nuspark also utilizes a number of electrical and mechanical software programs. The Engineering Design Services Group at Nuspark is a multi-disciplinary consulting engineering group comprised of: electrical engineering and mechanical engineering. The individuals who make up the Engineering Design Services Group have more than 60 years of combined professional experience. The skills that these individuals bring to Nuspark allow the firm to offer its clients the highest quality design services for all their custom needs. Our mission is to provide quality-packaging solutions to our customers with in-depth technical experience in engineering, planning, procurement and support. NUSPARK builds specialized custom machinery not available off the shelf to satisfy your specific needs and requirements. This leads NUSPARK to assist their customers in integrating their systems.
NUSPARK has the capabilities of not only integrating systems mechanically but also electronically. By the use of PLC?s and HMI?s the integration solutions are endless.

NUSPARK will integrate your complete packaging line. Regardless of other OEM manufactured equipment.

NUSPARK will specify and purchase necessary peripheral equipment to fully integrate your packaging line. When necessary we will design and build custom pieces to facilitate this effort. When complete we will set up the complete line on our assembly floor for Factory Acceptance Testing.

SERVICE & INSTALLATION

NUSPARK Inc. provides full service and after sales service for all the equipment build and supplied to customers by NUSPARK.

NUSPARK installs all the equipment designed and built by them.

NUSPARK will also assist and or full take over integrated line assemblies for customers as NUSPARK prides themselves in full line integration.

NUSPARK takes pride in their equipment and trains the customer?s staff to be fully competent in operating and maintaining the equipment.

A wide range of trainings and training aids can be tailored to your specific needs.

At NUSPARK:

• Normally hands-on customer training is done on the actual machine while it is still on our assembly floor.
• A modern, fully equipped training room is also available for classroom sessions.
• Complex parts of our machines such as rotary feeders, tucking systems, custom infeeds and electrical controls can be done in quiet of the training room.
• Complete, fully operational machines can also be set up in the training room.

At your plant:

• Classroom and hands on training for new installations or for refresher courses.
• A typical training includes operation, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, machine adjustments and setups and machine changeovers.
